Summary: Easy check in and onsite parking was safe. Close to everything we needed while in the city.

Summary: Rated as a 4 star hotel, but definitely is NOT. There are no amenities or real service. There is a sign out front for "valet parking" but there is no bell desk or valet service actually at the hotel. There is no guest shop/area to purchase basic travel items in the hotel. They have a small shelf by the front desk with water bottles and some very limited snacks for purchase. The hotel restaurant is extremely overpriced. Finally, the area is unsafe for solo female/family travelers. Since there was no snacks available in the hotel, I was advised to walk down 1 block to Plaid Pantry. It was 7pm however after doing so, I did not feel safe as a solo female traveler. I think this probably used to be a 4 star hotel however has gone downhill and clearly understaffed. Rating and prices should be adjusted. The Hampton Inn down the road offers a nicer stay.

Summary: Stayed the weekend for a dance competition and the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I love overall location, it is very walkable to many restaurants and the waterfront. The farmers market was happening over the weekend and we could see it from our window. Everyone was friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Clean pool and hot tub, clean bed, one the cleanest bathrooms that I have come across, friendly staff, good dining options. Great view of the bell tower from the room, so close to parks, cinema etc.
