Positive: Room was amazingly clean and spacious. Loved the gym, sauna, and various amenities. The bathroom was nice and everything was very clean. Staff were friendly as well. Location was good and easy to get public transportation all over the city.

Negative: Tv didn’t have Netflix. Literally the only con.

Positive: The view from the room was nice. The breakfast had a lot of vegan options, some classic Austrian dishes and selection was really wide. Room was clean. Location is great, room service was fast and staff seemed nice. :)

Negative: Only option to get air in the room was to keep window open all the time. Bed and pillows were soft - very hard to get a decent sleep in that setup. There were no toothbrushes, slippers and other products that usually are available in Hilton Hotels. We also had no robes in the room and when asked - first time we got more towels and face napkins, then "someone will bring them up" and no one came. Had to ask 3 times. 😅
