Positive: I liked the location of the property.
Negative: The night I arrived, a male tapped on my window and did a moving motion to move from the front area. It was raining so I waited a minute then I prepared my car in the same spot to unload my car. A man, who helped others, watched me struggle with my bags and later told me to have a good night. The front desk personnel was pleasant. That man, who was of African America descent was rude. As everyone else has mentioned, which I missed, you only get Starbucks as your “free” breakfast. There’s no microwave in your rooms. If you have a short stay you have to keep going down to the lobby to warm your food up. If you’re booked for some time they’ll bring you up a microwave if you request it. The cleaning staff came in my room the day before my checkout at 9 am. I was sleeping and they asked me if I was checking out today. Later, the cleaning lady came again and told me if I wanted my room cleaned, I had to leave. Just to come back to find it in the same shape I left it in while prematurely kicking me out of my room. This is by far the worse Hilton I’ve ever stayed at. It’s check out day what’s the worst that can happen today? I stayed at the Embassy on democracy and paid $22.00 a day for parking and breakfast was larger and better. Room service was amazing. You come here you pay $30.00 a night and the staff is rude as all out doors. DO NOT pick this place. You’re better off at the Embassy.
Summary: For parking to be $30.00 a night, this place and how it’s currently ran is absolutely not worth it.
