Summary: Overall 4 stars - people and dog-friendly, clean, safe, comfy, convenient, and a responsive management team. I left off one star due to a couple of issues I found took away from a 5 star rating, e.g.; charging for internet (unless you sign up to be a member), charging for bottled water if you used more than 2 (small bottles), and lastly, a hostile attitude from a grumpy valet. Please note, when brought to the attention of management, they were apologetic and removed the charges as a courtesy. However if I had not complained- the “motel 6” issues are ongoing. In the end, it was a great place to stay while visiting family.

Summary: We came in for an emergency related to a sick relative, and needed a hotel in a hurry. Hilton had a good reputation and did not disappoint. We were in need of comfort and a little pampering after traveling all day and then spending hours at the hospital. Hilton did not disappoint. We slept well and were refreshed to go back to the hospital and visit.

Summary: It was one night and the hotel staff were excellent. My reservation included self parking but I just discovered I was charged $26 on my credit card for parking, even though i gave the desk my parking ticket as requested. The desk gal gave me a ticket to use and then the parking machine kept the ticket when leaving.

Summary: The parking was easy and convenient. The elevators were very clean, efficient and were all functional. The room was clean and the housekeeping was thorough, which was reassuring to see as we happened to come back when our room was being serviced.
