We are minutes away from the River Walk, Pearl Brewery, the Zoo, various museums, highly rated restaurants, bars, and popular family entertainment.

Summary: Great location and owner. Very nice little guest house. Only thing I wish I'd known is that there is no door to one bedroom (curtain) and a window open to the living room in other bedroom. Our two year old didn't sleep as well because of that, but otherwise everything was very good.

Summary: This place is spacious and clean, great neighborhood for dog walking. Our dog actually made a friend of the owner’s dog, his first friend ever. Now that’s a Texas welcome.

Summary: Lots of towels - love that! Didn’t really understand TV options so a page iof directions in book would be helpful. The only suggestion i have is to add box springs to the beds. My back was sore after waking. But otherwise all was great.
