NOTE: my base rate is based on 1 or 2 guest using 1 of the bedrooms. If 2 guests using separate bedrooms chose 3 guests. $40/night additional.

Large 40" Samsung SMART ROKU flat screen TV with You Tube TV. Netflix & Prime and other sign ins available.
REAR BEDROOM - Carpeted. SMART ROKU flat screen TV with You Tube TV. Netflix & Prime and other sign ins available.
** Both beds in bedrooms are Double size, not queen. Antique & a little squeaky . 1 Full Sized air mattress available. Please let me know ahead for bedding. Best for use in front bedroom or living room.
KITCHEN/LAUNDRY - Full Kitchen with Stainless Stove. LG Stainless fridge, toaster oven, full size coffee maker, Keurig & microwave. double bowl sink & washer/dryer, dishes, glasses, silver & grilling tools.

Air conditioning – Window air conditioners in each bedroom and livingroom cover house. Not central air. Work great, just not as quiet. Box fans in rooms and 1 down. 5 degrees cooler in Caz than Manlius & Fayetteville and more than Syracuse
Parking - is rear off street driveway. Driveway is shared with owners. Please let me know ahead if you will have more than 1 vehicle.
