This condo is one of three in a building that dates back to 1898, a third-floor walk-up with a separate entrance that's accessible by stairs only (no elevator). The dormer windows fill the space with character, while the gas-powered fireplace and air conditioner in the living room ensure your comfort all year round. The kitchen is especially charming, offering blue cabinetry, a bistro table by the large window, and essential appliances that include a gas stove. There are two adult-size bikes that you can take out on the Eastern Promenade paths nearby, as well as free WiFi, a cable-equipped flatscreen TV, shared laundry facilities, and a lovely outdoor space just off the entrance to welcome you home.

The Old Port is less than a mile in the other direction, allowing you to walk easily to the island ferries, the theater, recreational outfitters, and some of the best restaurants in Portland.
