Summary: Convenient location for a weekend exploring the south end of town. Plenty of space for two couples. Could use another coffee cup or two in the kitchen and the beds weren’t the best; but still would stay again. Keyless entry was nice and also has off street parking.

Summary: We loved our stay here! Great location in a quiet and charming south end neighborhood with off-street parking and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house was clean and updated, but lacked amenities. For example, the bedding and bath products were very low budget. We were asked to take out the trash bins for trash day (full of previous guests trash and none of our own). This should have been handled by the owner or a property manager. At checkout, we were asked to strip beds and start the laundry, which should have been included in the cleaning fee we paid. Overall, the home was satisfactory, but not up to standards of other 4-5 star properties we’ve stayed in.

Summary: The property is in a convenient and beautiful part of Charlotte. Plenty of restaurants, grocery and coffee shops within walking distance. The beds were not all that comfortable but that is a personal preference. In other rentals we have stayed, there has been coffee pods or waters as a welcome. I think this would be a nice touch. Overall - great stay!

Summary: This house is located in a very upscale neighborhood that is close to downtown and easy access to restaurants, stores, etc. the house was clean and very nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again!
