Summary: Property is beautiful and as advertised in the listing. Location very convenient to where we were going while there. Communication with host was much less than I had hoped — one text when I booked, and one text before we arrived with check-in instructions. Not *one* message after my replies to their messages.This is important because the most memorable aspect of this stay was that we had absolutely no heads-up about the lawn care that would happen at 7:15 on Sunday morning that woke us up and eliminated any chances of sleeping in. For 90 minutes, there was mowing, trimming and slamming machinery on the sidewalk to knock wet grass loose. If this was the owner doing the work or a contractor, I do not know and we were so over it I didn’t even bother to a complain about it. A property owner is responsible for knowing when work will be done and alerting their guests. There was also no acknowledgment afterward, nor an apology. For this reason alone, I would not book a Milburn LLC-managed property again.

Summary: Convenient location for a weekend exploring the south end of town. Plenty of space for two couples. Could use another coffee cup or two in the kitchen and the beds weren’t the best; but still would stay again. Keyless entry was nice and also has off street parking.

Summary: We loved our stay here! Great location in a quiet and charming south end neighborhood with off-street parking and in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!

Summary: The house was clean and updated, but lacked amenities. For example, the bedding and bath products were very low budget. We were asked to take out the trash bins for trash day (full of previous guests trash and none of our own). This should have been handled by the owner or a property manager. At checkout, we were asked to strip beds and start the laundry, which should have been included in the cleaning fee we paid. Overall, the home was satisfactory, but not up to standards of other 4-5 star properties we’ve stayed in.
