Built in the early 20th century, this impressive all-brick home has been a French Lick landmark for decades. Located directly across the street from the French Lick Resort and Casino, this 2000 square foot home was recently renovated. Featuring a full bathroom and three bedrooms on the second floor -- a king master bedroom, a second bedroom with two queen beds, and a third bedroom with two twin beds -- this 2-story home can easily sleep eight guests. The first floor features an entry lounge, a living room (with a 50" HDTV), a formal dining room, a full kitchen, and a half bathroom. This home offers its guests a comfortable getaway just a short walk from the exciting activities of this resort community, with its local shops, restaurants, and of course the French Lick Resort casino, railway, and golf course. Also nearby are several fantastic golf courses, including the famed Pete Dye Course. Within driving distance, you'll have several popular destinations, including Big Splash Adventure water park (5 minutes), Paoli Peaks ski resort (15 minutes), Patoka Lake (15 min.), Wilstem Ranch elephant and giraffe farm (10 minutes), Marengo Cave (35 minutes), and Holiday World & Splashin' Safari (1 hour).
