Historic - Modern Home + Charming touches throughout. Nestled upon 3.3 acres of beautiful secluded land. Located with in the heart of downtown Lambertville, NJ /New Hope , PA shopping, quality restaurants, wineries, & peddlers village. Our home is conveniently located across the street from the Delaware Canal State Park walking & biking path. There is also a boat launch, should you want to byo-kayak or rent near by. Bike rentals. High-speed wifi, exquisitely decorated, & natural lighting.
The space
Our home sleeps 5 people. It consists of 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is our master bedroom consisting of a queen size bed which sleeps 2 people. Bedroom 2 is our twin bedroom which sleeps 2 people. We have a comfortable cot accessible for the 5th additional guest which can be opened into the master bedroom.
We have a large open living room with a sitting couch. Our home has 1 bathroom including a shower and tub.
We have a quaint large traditional porch for your morning coffee or afternoon wine, whichever you may choose.
EVENTS: 3 Hour Events for Wedding Ceremony/Small Gathering under 50 people. $500.00 ADD ON FEE to renting the home.

Summary: We had such a great stay at the cottage! The cottage was even more unique and charming than we could have hoped for! Our wedding guests loved the venue as well. This is the perfect place for a small backyard wedding. The cottage is tucked away in a small New Jersey town and it offered many delightful trails, restaurants, and town squares to visit and explore within a 15- 30 minute radius. (Our highlight was visiting the Black Shed) My wife and I highly recommend staying here! Bryana and her husband were very communicative throughout the entire process. They both went out of their way to make our experience wonderful!

Summary: This was such a sweet little house. The view is absolutely stunning especially in the winter. The little waters, coffee, and breakfast snacks really came in handy. The house has such a warm and cozy feeling and was perfect for a weekend away. My only qualm was I wish we could have stayed longer!

Summary: Perfect remote location for a girls weekend celebrating Halloween. Close enough to Peddlers Village and Goat Yoga while still woodsy with gorgeous fall foliage. Super cute decor, very homey and Bryana was a fantastic host! She was easy to communicate with, very helpful and supwr friendly! Highly recommend!!

Summary: This property was perfect as a place to stay, relax and unwind for a group of ladies after my friends bridal shower. The house is nestled on a large lot that is beautiful and was so nice to spend time on the rocking chairs and front porch! It is also very close to hiking/ bike paths on the river and only a short drive to Lambertville/ New Hope. The bedroom decor was very cute and was welcoming. Bryana was also a great host and very responsive.
