Summary: This place is clean clean clean. Good location. Off street parking. Kitchen had everything except a chef. Your own laundry. Nice furnishings. Walkable area. WiFi is great. Pool table!! Obviously I recommend it. Easy stay!

Summary: Last minute my spouse and I decided on a long weekend get away. We decided on Hocking Hills. Our stay was wonderful. The description of the property was spot on. The communication with the owners was immediate the few times we reached out. The property is nicely decorated, impeccably clean, well stocked with items one would need to make themselves feel at home. I would highly recommend this property. Summary: My friend and I enjoyed staying here. We were visiting Hocking Hills. It was a 20 minute drive. I have stayed in this rental before, and it is in a great location. The property owners were great to rent from, and the place is clean.

Summary: We enjoyed our week at The Happy Place. It's an old 1859 building right in downtown Circleville. It's an easy walk to a great Mexican restaurant, a famous bakery, and numerous quaint shops. Kroger's grocery is a 5 min. drive and Wal-Mart 10 min. The place is convenient to visiting family in Ashville and Columbus, which was the purpose of our Christmas stay. Because it was Christmas, the owners had even provided a beautiful Christmas tree, which really made it feel like "home for Christmas." That touch was particularly appreciated. We enjoyed the pool table and the table games that were provided. The appliances: stove, fridge, washer and dryer are top-quality. Todd and Jennifer even provided starter laundry detergent, dish soap and other basic amenities. There was even a nice supply of spices. Plenty of dishware, cookware, and utensils. I love the stoneware cookie sheet! Makes me want one! The place was very clean and ready for us to just settle in. I loved the chair and lamp in the bedroom for reading. A small footstool there would make that even more comfortable. The apartment with its high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, old (non-working) fireplaces, and creaky wooden floors are just the kind of "historical" space that I enjoy. The beds are comfortable, the Wi-Fi works well, and the TVs in the living room and bedroom are wonderful. The kitchen was a bit drafty because of gaps around the back door, but we were there during an unusually cold week of sub-zero temperatures. The living area and bedroom were nice and warm with the heat set at 70 during daylight hours and down to 66 at night. Todd was quick with communications and always ready to provide answers to our questions. This place may well become our "home away from home" when visiting our Ohio family.

Summary: We loved staying in this loft so much. The house was clean, the beds were so comfortable and plenty of space to spread out and relax. We loved the pool table also! We will for sure be back when visiting family in Circleville again.

Summary: I had a lovely stay in this historic renovation with modern touches. The communication with Todd about questions and a preplanned power outage was excellent and I received answers within minutes of asking. The street traffic is bustling but was easily softened with ear plugs as a light sleeper. The off street parking was super convenient and there are several restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend a stay and plan to be back myself this summer for another week.
