This historical apartment is a perfect base for your Istanbul stay. The newly renovated loft is a rare opportunity to feel at home while experiencing the Neo-classical style historical building from the 19th century. Renovated loft with two bedrooms, a kitchen, separate WC & bathroom, a mezzanine, and a rooftop on the 6th floor with a magnificent view of Istanbul. 5 minutes walking distance to Sishane metro station, and also historical Finucular line system, tourist places, restaurants, cafes, bars, and clubs. The apartment is on the 6th floor, and unfortunately, there is no elevator, but the magnificent view of old Istanbul and the new Istanbul is worth it. While we were renovating this apartment, we tried to preserve the form and use original materials for the floor, fireplace, and bathrooms as they used to be in old times. I hope you feel the texture.
The living room is designed around the fireplace, and there is a dinner table for 4 people. It is a lovely place to sit and chat with friends while the fire on the pit heats you under a ceiling of 5 meters depth.
The unit has direct access to the terrace from the living room but Terrace is a common area of the building itself. It is always locked and only neighbors have the keys. You may seldom see other neighbors on the terrace for a short while.
The kitchen is so compact. You can either cook or grill in the kitchen. All types of equipment like the coffee machine and grills are in demand.
