The house has a brand new kitchen as of 2020, 3 full bathrooms & over 5000sqft of amazing features. Built in 1927, the house has undergone a remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms, while keeping all of the historic charm. You can walk across the street to Mill Creek Park and down the hill to the waterfalls or you can roam the grounds of this 2 acre estate. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL REQUESTS TO STAY MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 90 DAYS IN ADVANCE. IN ADDITION, THERE IS A 7 DAY MINIMUM.
