This authentic water mill dates back to the 16th century and has been completely renovated and furnished with style. The house offers a large indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a large garden. The 15 bedrooms make the house perfect for a large group. It is only available for family gatherings or work meetings. Access to the house is via a few steps, without wheelchair ramps._x000D_

The region offers no less than 51 hiking trails and 8 mountain bike trails in the hilly landscape. 4 km from the house is Vresse-Sur-Semois where you can find shops and restaurants and 6 km is Laforet, one of the most beautiful villages in Wallonia. There is also a zoo (14 km) and the castle of Bouillon is 29 km from the house._x000D_

There is a living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen with a large dining area. The bedrooms are spacious and there are no less than 11 luxurious bathrooms. There is also a pool table and table tennis and you can relax by the indoor pool or in the sauna. The garden is enclosed by a river which flows into the Semois after 4 km.

Summary: Das Haus ist wirklich einmalig! Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und auch an Küchenutensilien hat nix gefehlt. Im Gegenteil, es gab alles und viel mehr noch dazu! Der Pool ist wirklich das Highlight. Leider war zu viel Chlor im Wasser, was einige Nebenwirkungen hervorgerufen hat. Besitzer und Hausmeister waren immer sofort zur Stelle wenn was war, wenn auch nur auf französisch. Aber mit Händen und Füßen kann man sich irgendwie verständigen. Würde immer wieder kommen!!!!

Summary: Geweldige locatie met een prachtige villa met heerlijk groot zwembad. Wat er geadverteerd word op belvilla klopt niet met wat er echt verhuurd word. Het begane grond gedeelte hoort er niet bij. Dat is het privé gedeelte van de eigenaar. Wij hadden onze oma bij ons die geen trappen kan lopen en dan is het helaas geen geschikte woning. Aldaar aangekomen kwamen we achter deze informatie. Er werd echter erg goed en welwillend meegedacht aan een oplossing. En mochten bij uitzondering ook gebruik maken van het privé gedeelte. Hierdoor is de kerstvakantie een groot succes geworden! Veel dank aan de vriendelijke mensen van deze mooie villa. Houd er echter wel rekening mee dat er geen ontvangst is met uw mobile telefoon. Maar dat komt de rust alleen maar ten goede.

Summary: Prachtige woning met de nodige faciliteiten, zeer vriendelijke ontvangst en goede communicatie met de uitbater. Mooie streek voor wandelingen en de het zwembad is zeker een plus. Enige opmerking: keuken is vrij beperkt voor grote groepen dus wees niet te ambitieus op dit vlak!

Summary: Pos: de woning is heel mooi gelegen, heeft een idillisch uitzicht. Het zwembad met zijn aangename temp. heeft ons verblijf voor een stuk goedgemaakt. Er is een heel goede professionele vaatwas aanwezig. Bedden waren netjes opgemaakt bij aankomst. Neg: veel te duur voor wat de woning biedt, de energiekosten lopen snel op en zijn niet in huurprijs inbegrepen. De woning heeft een veel te kleine en onhandige keuken voor het opgegeven aantal personen, de eetkamer idem. Er zijn onvoldoende stoelen, tafels, tassen en glazen aanwezig. Veel kookpotten zijn niet bestemd voor inductie. Er is geen zitruimte voor allen samen. Beschrijving van de kamers klopt niet, er zijn geen stapelbedden aanwezig. Badkamers en toiletten kunnen niet op slot, in verscheidene badkamers zijn er lekken, vb in kamer 15, liep het water van het bad door het plafond in het zwembad. Radiatoren werden uitgezet, doch bleven warmte stralen. in minstens 3 slaapkamers was er geen elektriciteit, er is minimale verlichting in de slaapkamers en badkamers. Gordijnen op de kamers kunnen niet dicht getrokken worden en in de meeste slaapkamers zijn geen kleerkasten, opberging of stoel voorzien. Er zijn heel veel trappen aanwezig, de buitentrap is heel gevaarlijk.

Summary: De locatie was gemakkelijk te vinden, maar de toegang niet. De accommodatie stemde volledig overeen met de ontvangen beschrijving. Het is een heerlijk rustiek gebouw schitterend gelegen in een prachtige omgeving. Het is er zeer rustig.

Summary: Ontzettend mooi gelegen aan een snelstromende beek, op het kruispunt van wandelwegen. Vriendelijke ontvangst (in het Frans). Luxueuze slaap- en badkamers, met veel stijl ingericht. Mooi binnenzwembad, goed verwarmd. Jammer dat het woongedeelte (eet- en zitruimte) en de keuken voor privédoeleinden afgesloten zijn. De keuken die wij mochten gebruiken is maar net voldoende uitgerust voor 30 personen, de eetruimte is eerder klein en er zijn maar enkele kleine zithoeken.

Summary: Het was een geweldige ervaring, we hebben ons met een groep van 28 personen erg vermaakt! Alles ziet er heel netjes uit de kamers zijn mooi en schoon! Zeker een aanrader! Alleen jammer dat de eigenaar alleen Frans spreekt, maar met handen en voeten kom je er samen wel uit. De eigenaar is ook erg aardig en geeft je een rondleiding in huis. Ook was het qua privacy ook prettig dat de eigenaar niet in zijn privé gedeelte bleef van het huis maar echt weg was.
