Experience the “Tree House” on Mill St with thoughtfully curated rooms throughout. Each boasts a different woodsy feel and historic character, all while providing modern-day amenities including smart TV, bed-side charging stations & contact-less access. Each bedroom vibe is unique, but all offer queen bed, noise machine & ceiling fan. Your family, friends or co-worker group will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Straight shot to Birch Run/Frankemuth.
When booked, you will have full access to the entire Tree House on Mill St. The dwelling is comfortable for parties of 6, with just over 1,500 sqft. of living space. The house is two-story with basement access to the washer/dryer. One bedroom, a full bathroom and the main living spaces are located on the first floor. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are located on the second story. The second floor bathroom is an en suite attached to one of the bedrooms. The loft is an area for kids large and small to enjoy. It boasts a life-size tree and grass carpet area, great for seating, games, coloring and other fun activities.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bakeware, silverware and setting for 8, along with children's utensils, plates and cups. We also offer a fully-stocked coffee bar complete with various coffees, creamers, sugar and flavored syrups, plus teas and hot cocoa packets.
Hotel-quality linens and towels are included with your stay, along with travel-size body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Each bedroom has a queen-size memory foam bed (firmness varies by room), bed-side UBS/electric outlets, noise machine, ceiling fan and black-out shades.
Pack-n-play, high chair, baby gates are all available free of charge, but must be requested when booking.
Our property is pet-friendly but please note there is not a fenced-in yard and the grass area is small. We highly recommend walks to the park just a few blocks away.
The Tree House on Mill St. is just a short drive to many area attractions including shopping in Birch Run, famous chicken dinners in Frankenmuth and free summer concerts in Clio!

Summary: The house was cozy and welcoming . It had all the amenities you could ever want. Coffee, tea, chips, water, candy all the soaps and lotions. The livingroom was cozy and set up perfectly to settle in and watch a movie.Finding it was a bit tricky but we got there safe and sound.

Summary: The house was clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches; coffee bar, dog bowls and treats, snack basket. We just wish the outside was given as much attention as the inside. The deck and outside furniture we not cleaned off. The deck is in need of some repair and lots of ants on the deck. Shower fixtures need some updates, had trouble regulating the temperature. We enjoyed the stay and complement the host on attention to the guest experience.

Summary: First Vrbo experience. The house is cute and nicely decorated. There were little notes and personal touches that were appreciated and made us feel welcome. The living room furniture does need to be replaced; springs broke and uncomfortable. Overall our stay and everything else was great. Much better than staying in a hotel. Thank you for everything.

Summary: It was a little difficult to get to with the current construction in front of the house, but once we figured it out, the access is great on the dead in street in the back. The house was absolutely adorable!!! It was a little smaller than we expected, but perfect for our family of 5. The decor in the home has to be the cutest I’ve seen. The large couch does have a few broken springs, but didn't bother us at all. We greatly appreciated Christine in her responsiveness during the booking and check-in process. We would love to stay here again in the future! Photos are from the day we left.

Summary: We rented this house to attend a 90th birthday party nearby. It was easy to find. A little difficulty with seeing the numbers on the keypad at first. But it was easier when it was not as sunny. Great welcome sign. Few very minor normal wear issues around but nothing that affected our stay. The kids loved the game room. Great to have the use of the washer and dryer...never used a wool ball in the dryer before. Just went and bought one for my house. Everything we needed for our meals. Coffee station was very nice! Close to Frankenmuth and able to vist Bronners and eat at our favorite family style restaurant.

Summary: This property was perfectly located for a Xmas Frankenmuth adventure! Located near downtown Clio, The owner decorated with 5 Xmas trees and more! It had updated appliances. Great for cooking and doing laundry. Large dining room table, and gas fireplace too!

Summary: This property is exactly as pictured. It is an adorable tree themed property. We went at Christmas time and there were trees in every room! A quick and easy 15 minute drive to Frankenmuth. The owner provided lots of extras in the house. Lovely stay.
