Located within 10 Minutes of Stockyards, Fort Worth Convention Center, Botanical Gardens, Dickies Arena, Cultural District, TCU and all of the night life in downtown Ft Worth! 2 King suites with attached bathrooms and 2 Queen rooms. All furnishings including linens, bathroom necessities, kitchen wares, washer/dryer and ironing there for your needs. Video on UTube 3 wide screen TV's with Netflix and hi speed Wifi. 2400 sq feet of living space gives you plenty of room to spread out. Nice fenced in yard and plenty of off street parking. Alarm system, Ring doorbell and exterior cameras to monitor the outside of our home.

Summary: We were there for grandson's wedding at St. Mary's of Assumption (7 min. drive), Reception at Fossil Creek (20 min. drive), and Rehearsal Dinner Venue was 1 mile away. The home was absolutely perfect for us with a wonderful kitchen to prepare food for rehearsal. Loved the back entrance and parking. We tried to get a hold of anyone at 5:05 in the evening about missing lock on the gate. One number was not answered after 5:00 nor on weekends. The Emergency # listed in house rules said the answering machine was full. So, we had no lock on the gate and no answer to help us. We were safe and sound and had no problem. Would definitely stay at this home again. Great place.

Summary: My wife and I, my siblings and spouses came to Ft Worth to celebrate my nephew’s wedding and to have a small family reunion. The layout was perfect for adults sharing the space with spacious bedrooms and great common spaces. Plenty of parking and close to everything.

Summary: Our family came in from out of state to celebrate Christmas together. The house was great for this! The host had even decorated it for Christmas! It was perfect for our 5 adults and 3 kids. Lots of space and lots of bathrooms! Always important! We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals with this group and larger and this was one of our top experiences!!!

Summary: We greatly enjoyed our stay here. There were 7 of us total, and we all had plenty of room to spread out and/or gather as we wanted. Check in was easy and house was clean.

Summary: We had 8 total with 3 couples and two Rotary Youth Exchange Students and we celebrated a birthday with a concert at Dickie’s Arena and dinner at Lonesome Dove. The house was conveniently located for quick access to Downtown and to the Stockyards. This house was perfect for our group and had all that we needed.

Summary: Great property and owner. As a VRBO owner myself I appreciate the details that they have put into the property ...everything from freshly made beds to breakfast items, coffee and all the little things you need to get when you stay at a short term rental. They had them all. RUN, don't walk to book a stay at this property!
