Summary: Pros: Appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé. Une piscine très agréable, Tout est parfait pour passer des merveilleuses vacances. Je recommande cette location.

Summary: Pros: Boligen er helt fin og indeholder de mest nødvendige ting. Pool området er super godt og der er pænt og rent. Vær dog opmærksom på, at hotellerne i nærheden spiller så høj musik fra kl. 20, at det ikke er muligt at føre en samtale på terrassen før efter kl. 23.

Summary: Pros: Het appartement is netjes, schoon en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Het gezamenlijke zwembad is ook heel fijn en goed onderhouden. Ondanks dat meerdere appartementen waren verhuurd was het daar nooit echt druk. Het appartement is alleen niet heel kindvriendelijk voor kleine kinderen. Het balkon is open met een trap naar beneden. De keuken is open en ook deze is niet heel kindvriendelijk. Met kleine kinderen zou ik dit appartement dus niet aanraden. Het plaatsje zelf vonden wij niet zo gezellig, weinig te beleven en niet echt een plek om bijvoorbeeld gezellig te eten. Maar we hadden een auto gehuurd en je rijdt binnen een paar minuten naar de mooiste strandjes en het eiland rond (is ook echt een aanrader).

Summary: Pros: Appartement in Schoon en netjes alles aanwezig ( ook voor de baby) Airco werkt goed ,Wifi werkt goed - keuken alles ok- Parking ok Alles volgens verwachtingen Goede informatie, correcte betaling, persoon voor sleutel makkelijk bereikbaar en vriendelijk Mooi zwembad, groot terras, niet te druk, niet ver van mooi strand (wel veel trappen, niet ideaal met kleine kinderen (maar je kan ook met de auto rond rijden) Enigste min punt is het lawaai van de avondanimatie van het hotel tegenover het complex. Binnen geen last van buiten op terras wel. Streek ok , auto is wel aan te raden.

Summary: Pros: The appartment we stayed at was very well equipped and the service received locally for solving some minor issues was very good. We would warmly reccoment this appartment to families up to 5 persons ( otherwise some people will have to stay in communal areas). The best feature to us was the two terasses ( roof top and in front of the house) and the fantastic swimming pool facilities. The area (Cales de Mallorco) is best described as very touristic. The area was clearly devoped during the 70's/80's which shows a bit. On the other hand Cales is a great location from which you can tourthe island. With three beaches very close to the appartment the area is also well equipped.

Summary: Pros: Flott leilighet som anonsert. Alt fungerte fint, eneste å sette fingen på var varmepumpen på hovedsoverommet. Endel kondens fra denne, misstenker dårlige filtre (det kom seg med bittelitt støvsuging der jeg kom til). Eier kan nok be service personellet rengjøre alle filtre (på alle AC'ene). Flott takterasse som de andre skiver, selv om den nok ble for varm for oss :). Herlig basseng, med en avslappet atmosfære. Cales de Mallorca; rolig og avslappet feriested, flott tursti langs kysten av tettstedet. Utleier; tipp topp fra bestilling til hjemreise.

Summary: Pros: We had a nice holiday in Cales de Mallorca. It is around a one hour drive from the airport. There was no bed linen and no covers on the couch, but that was solved within half an hour. Lovely apartment with stunning rooftop terrace. Fully equipped including washing machine, which makes life easy. Owner answers emails swift and is very helpful. Nice swimming pool very close to the apartment, which can only be used by the people who rent the apartments. Most of the time there we only a couple people in the pool. Beach was accessible via a walk down the steep stairs, which was not an easy one with our 9 month old baby. Small supermarket and some restaurants in the village, which was a 5-10 min walk. Cales de Mallorca is not known for the nightlife, but we little kids it is perfect. Centre Commercial was fine.

Summary: Pros: Mooi appartement van alle gemakken voorzien (o.a. magnetron, oven, vaatwasser) Zandstranden zijn mooi en prima voor kleine kinderen. Supermarkt op loopafstand evenals de horeca/gelegenheden. Voornamelijk Duitse en Engelse toeristen. Prachtig dakterras.
