Apartment located in Patti in Sicily, in peaceful natural surroundings just a step away from the sea (2 Km) and opposite the beautiful Aeolian Islands
The Casa Torretta complex is composed of 6 apartments built from the refurbishment of an old Villa, in the middle of an olive tree grove with private parking and access to the swimming pool. The owner is currently working on having wi-fi for all the apartments, but at the moment is wi-fi in public areas. When the owner is in town, he comes around to have a good chat with the customer and give him advice on the Patti area and on Sicily in general to make the most out of their trip!
From Torretta you can easily reach the ancient Greek colony of Tindari (7 km) where you can visit the archaeological zone (Greek theatre, basilica and Roman villa), the sanctuary of the Black Madonna and, in Marinello, the salt ponds and lovely beach. The Aeolian Islands can be reached in just one hour by boat from Patti or Milazzo: there are seven volcanic islands all very scenic, and all deserving of a visit. Cefalù is also only one hour by car with its wonderful seaside, cathedral and small alleyways. Taormina does not need to be presented; it can be reached in a little more than an hour by motorway. A visit to this pearl is sure to be unforgettable. In addition, you can make day-long excursions to Palermo, Monreale,Erice, Selinunte, Segestum, Agrigentum and the Valley of the Temples, Piazza Armerina, Syracuse and Noto (Baroque Art) and other splendid Sicilian localities.
