Summary: We had a lovely stay shame about the weather we had , but We made the best of it . The secret garden gate was very hard to get open as it had rained alot and was overgrown , and the parking was very tight on the side of the road but sarah let our 2nd car go on her drive . Very quiet and the fire pit was great and the wood across the road was a treat.The thing that let it down was the tap in the bathroom kept dripping and the cleanliness of the chalet wasnt that great , we had to wash quite a lot of crockery and the pans and the microwave also the cupboards shelfs were dirty.But we achieved what we wanted and that was a lovely rest .Sarah our host was lovely and left us some fresh eggs. Summary: Very lovely and charming place! Perfect for those looking to have a peaceful gateway from busy urban life! 5 mins drive to port lymphe safari park, which is highly recommended as for kids, as for adults! Sarah is a super star and made our stay very easy! Loved every minute, highly recommend!

Summary: We had a lovely time and the property was exactly what we were looking for. The garden is a good size and very secluded; our daughter loved playing in the gypsy wagon. The chalet itself is a good size for a small family and has all the essentials.
