Summary: We spent an amazing week in Tedi’s house. We were two families with 5 kids (ages 2 to 8) in total and the house was absolutely perfect. The outdoor amenities are great and in perfect conditions. The grill/eating area is perfect to chit chat and have the kids in the pool in the day, and ideal at night for nice bbq sessions. The play area and the coat patio are super practical. You can easily park 2 cars in front, even three little ones. The interior of the house is well equipped, comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms and rooms with ample space for the 9 of us. Beds are comfortable and AC is really nice and present in almost every room. The house is 5 minutes from Zminj where you have a butcher, many restaurant, and a large supermarket. All activities (beach, boating, etc.) where easily accessible between 20 and 30 minutes drive from the house. Tedi was extremely welcoming, friendly, hospitable, and provided great recommendations on the area. We HIGHLY recommend this house, and will most probably be back soon! Great gem!

Summary: We spent 1 week with two families, 4 adults and 9 children, including 2 babies here. We loved the house which is very well equipped, nice and big enough for 13 people as well. We enjoyed the big pool, the grill terrace and also the children playground. Tomisici is a very nice and quiet village close to Zminj, in the middle of Istria. Tedi, the owner is very kind, mindful and helpful, he is a fantastic host. Thank you for everything, we would like to come again!

Summary: Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen im Ferienhaus Stancija Folo. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Besonders der Garten mit dem wunderschönen Pool und die überdachte Sitzgelegenheit mit Grillstelle hatte uns begeistert. Der Besitzer Tedi spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat uns tolle Tipps bezgl. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder bei Tedi verbringen

Summary: We spent very relaxing holiday in this villa. First of all it was easy to find, following the signs, although it is located in rural location. Villa was spacious, easily accommodating two families of four, clean and well equipped. Swimming pool was reasonable size and well maintained. Quite deep (135cm) for young children, so floats are advised. Central location of Istria Peninsula make it easy to reach all local attractions by car. The biggest advantage of this property is its owner, though. Tedi is very helpful, local young man who speak several languages and is always there to assist.

Summary: We (4 adults and 4 children) had two wonderful weeks on holiday in a beautiful holiday home. The house was perfectly suitable for us, because we could sleep with our 4 children in the bedrooms on the 2nd floor and "grandma & granddad" separated in the bedroom on the 1st floor. The house is equipped with everything you need and it was cleaned up very well. We loved the grillarbour in the garden next to the pool were we spend most of our time when we were at the house. The pool was clean und big enough for us.The house is located in a silent small village a few kilometres away from the next bigger village with shopping possibility. You need a car to get to the next shopping mal, to the beach or a restaurant. Tedi, the owner, was very friendly and helpful in any questions. Highly recommended!!! When we leaved we already booked the house again for the next summer holidays.

Summary: Wir ( 4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) haben 3 schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war alles sehr auber und gepflegt. Der Grillplatz am Pool war unser liebster Aufenthaltsort. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und wir haben viele Insider-Tips von ihm bekommen. Auch hat er sich regelmäßig um den Pool gekümmert. Ein großes Plus, wenn man mit Familie unterwegs ist: wöchentlich wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, aber alle beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in ca. einer halben Autostunde zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Summary: Great villa in a nice peaceful location. Spent 2 weeks there with our kids and grandkids and had plenty of room! Pula and Rovinj are both within 30 min driving distance (on the toll free roads, roughly 10 min closer if you pay to take the highway).Zminj has a small store where you can get fresh bread and lunch meat, as well as a butcher shop across the street. Tedi is very kind and always readynamic and willing to help if you need anything. The house is very nice with a refreshing pool and a nice fireplace/grill area. There's also nice little extra "patio" (great spot for that morning coffee!) and a small playhouse with a slide and a couple of swings for kids up to about 6 yrs of age.

Summary: We have just spent a week in this property with 3 generations of family and have had ample space for privacy if needed. We chose this property for its location for getting to both coasts and the south of Istria and it has not disappointed. It is an ideal location and very peaceful and quiet. It has all the amenities you need for an excellent holiday and the facilities both inside and outside are first class. We enjoyed using the pool and having BBQs. Tedi is a friendly Croatian and gave us a map and extra information on helping to make sure our time in Croatia was special. Highly recommended!
