Bay Views was complete rebuilt in 2010 to a very high standard it includes on the first floor a master bedroom with a separate dressing room and master bathroom with a balcony overlooking Charlestown and St Austell Bay a second bedroom also upstairs has twin single beds which can be put together to form a large double also has an en-suite shower room. On the ground floor are two further bedrooms one double with en-suite shower room and one bedroom with full size bunk beds. There is a wet room with toilet on the ground floor. The rest of the downstairs is open plan with large lounge kitchen and dining room. At the rear is two patios and a double garage with table tennis and a pool table. There is a West wing downstairs which is completely separate from the house with its own side entrance and parking slot. Bayview is located in Sea Road one of the premier roads in Cornwall where the famous Carlyon Bay hotel is.

Summary: Property was good amd location excellent- lovely view out to the bay from the house. We thought it was odd that hand soap was not provided. The host asked us for an additional deposit after we had booked and paid in full on the Vrbo platform. This was not identified on the Vrbo booking and we were advised not to make the payment by Vrbo, which we did not. There was ongoing dialogue on this which got very stressful and was not the way we wanted to start our holiday. However this was concluded amicably before our stay and we still had a really good holiday.

Summary: Lovely house with superb sea views. Great garden and situated in the perfect spot for walks and touring Cornwall. The house has everything you need and the Lovely Charlestown is just a few minutes walk away.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The game room with TT table and pool table was great, although required bit of buffing up. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet for a walk.

Summary: Property was just right for us and had everything we needed and more. Neighbour dropped by to make sure we had all we needed. Location was perfect. 10 mins walk to Charlestown Harbour. 15 mins walk to a Sandy beach with pop up bar. Close to Eden Project and the fabulous Lost Gardens of Heligan. Would definitely stay here again
