This holiday home (approx. 90 m2) is located on a large private estate with a total of two houses in a beautiful, hilly landscape near a small farming village between the Moselle and the Hunsrück. It is particularly suitable for a family of four who want to explore this beautiful corner of Germany. You can end the eventful day in the private sauna.
Due to the wonderful location on a mountain, you have a wonderful view of the surroundings. There are forests, mountains, small villages and farms. You can make many beautiful hiking and mountain biking tours here. There are also several golf courses nearby.
The holiday home has a large communal garden of approx. 2500 m², the perfect place to drink tea in the evenings or have a barbecue.

Summary: Het was een fantastisch verblijf. Met de gasten in het 2de huis op het terrein, moet je wel wat geluk hebben, zodat de rust kan bewaard worden.

Summary: Het huis is mooi gelegen met uitzicht op een glooiende akker. Het interieur is voldoende maar een vaatwasmachine die ontbrak is wel nodig vinden wij ook i.v.m. de Corona. Waar wij ons het meest aan hebben gestoord is dat dit huis geschakeld is aan een ander huis voor 10 personen en helaas ook deze vakantie van mee konden genieten. Bij de beschrijving van het huis wordt hier voor gewaarschuwd door de eigenaar en dat men elkaars privacy moet respecteren ,nou dat hebben we geprobeerd ,maar met 2 tegen 10 begin je niet veel. Wij zouden alleen willen terugkomen met de zekerheid dat het grote huis niet verhuurd wordt tijdens ons verblijf.

Summary: The house is located on top of a hill on the edge of a very small town, and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It's very secluded and has a magnificent garden. The house itself is wonderful. It's a lovely open space, and decorated in 60's style furniture (which is really cozy). The kitchen and bathroom are relatively new, and the bed in the big bedroom is incredibly comfy. The record player and vinyl records, and books (German and Dutch) provided, along with a cabinet of boardgames are very lovely too! From the house it's easy to explore your surroundings by hiking, or to take day trips to nearby sites such as Trier, Bernkastel-Kues and Cochem.

Summary: Zeer riante vakantiewoning in mooie omgeving. Vele wandelingen gemaakt met onze hond in bossen en langs velden. Goed gebied ook om te hardlopen en je klimvermogen te verbeteren. Fraaie stad Trier en allerlei leuke stadjes (Traben-Trarbach o.a.) liggen op niet al te grote afstand. Vriendelijke beheerder en goede informatievoorziening.

Summary: Vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame beheerder ontving ons en gaf een rondleiding met uitgebreide uitleg door het huis. Het huis was super schoon en zag er netjes uit. Dit ook voor de tuin etc. Het huis was ruim en compleet ingericht. Het huis heeft een fantastisch uitzicht over de velden. Totaal geen last van de buren waarmee je de oprit deelt. Wij komen graag weer terug in dit huis.
