Summary: Aardige gastvrouw, schoon huis en precies zoals op de foto’s. Afval moest goed worden gescheiden. Alleen is de oprit voor een lagere auto niet erg geschikt.

Summary: Het huis was niet schoon. We zijn echt niet moeilijk maar we konden bijna niet door de ramen heen kijken zo vies. In elke hoek (boven en beneden) zaten wel spinnenwebben. Als er in de badkamer boven water op de vloer ligt komen de druppels naar beneden in de woonkamer omdat er niet goed afgekit is. Met de sauna idem dito, als deze even aan staat druppelt het water via het plafond naar beneden. Vloer boven kraakt heel erg (waarschijnlijk door die lekkages) Qua ruimte is het voldoende maar het e.e.a. kan zeker nog verbeterd worden, vooral wat schoonmaak betreft!

Summary: Een fantastische huis die als uitvalsbasis kan dienen voor wandelen/fietsen en uit rusten. Het huis is goed. De eigenaar spreekt alleen Frans. Gelukkig hadden we ook een Nederlandse gastvrouw.die ons welkom hete.

Summary: Een heel gezellig huisje in een prachtige omgeving. Ook niet ver gelegen van het kleine maar mooie Houffalize. Was voor ons ook een meevaller qua weer waardoor we van het leuke terras hebben kunnen genieten die een volledige dag zon biedt.... Voor herhaling vatbaar

Summary: Mooi huis, smaakvolle inrichting en de sauna is een meerwaarde maar de hygiëne is helaas zoek. Erg stofferig en helemaal niet proper. We twijfelen zelfs of het vooraf werd gepoetst.

Summary: Wij verbleven met 6 volwassenen en 1 baby. De woning is zeer ruim van opzet, voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor meerdere auto's en gelegen in een prachtig wandelgebied. Het is echter jammer dat de waterlekkage van de badkamer welke via het plafond in de woonkamer naar beneden druppelt (ook al te lezen in een recensie van 3 jaar geleden) nog steeds niet verholpen is. Toen wij dit aan het einde van ons verblijf kenbaar maakte aan de verhuurder, reageerde deze zeer verbaast. Alsook de douche in de badkamer beneden waar het water slecht wegloopt en hierdoor de badkamer blank komt te staan. Als laatste vonden wij de schoonmaakkosten van 80euro die wij aan het begin van ons verblijf betaald hebben in geen verhouding met hoe de woning daadwerkelijk gepoetst was. Spinnenwebben aan het plafond boven de douche, stofvlokken met haren op de vloer van de badkamer. Wanneer dit huis beter gepoetst zou worden en de waterproblemen van beide badkamers hersteld is dit een prima woning.

Summary: Mooie vakantiehuis, alleen het eerste contact met de dame die de moest openen was een ramp. We hadden afgesproken om 18u maar door de vele probemen in Wallonië door overstromingen sloeg mijn gps tilt en was ik 20 min te laat. Het eerste wat deze dame zei was dat ik € 20 moest betalen. Een grote schande is dit. Ik zal deze noooooit betalen. Hier zal een rechter over beslissen al kost mij dit duizenden euro's.

Summary: Goede ontvangst ! Mooi huisje in rustige omgeving met wandelmogelijkheden . Op een paar minuten ben je in Houffalize zelf waar je kan gaan inkopen . Pluspunt is de sauna voor na de wandelingen . :)
