Positive: Nice quiet location, everything to need for a short stay. Granted it is a bit dated but this adds to the atmosphere and everything worked. Key collection was easy, i did inform the owner when i arrived as requested on the instructions but never heard anything back ( and leaving ) via booking.com messages. Lovely village feel and so so quiet at night. Recommended.

Negative: lighting the gas cooker !

Positive: This is our 2nd stay in this awesome house. Loads of room, peaceful location, fenced garden for the safety of the dog and children. The host is one of the best in terms of making sure you are happy. The last time I stayed I mentioned that the only thing that stopped me giving a 10 out of 10 was the ack of a washing machine. The host listened and installed one. The location makes it easy to quickly get to lots of incredible places, like the doggy beach at Balaton, Pecs, water park as Kaposvar, Szigetvar, and more. The AC in the lounge cools the house, the rooms are spacious and if you need anything, the Host is always on hand. We travel a lot and use 10-20 places a year, but none fell like home the way this does. We had friends round for a party and the kids loved it. Plenty of space to eat outside, which we did for every meal. Szulok is a lovely friendly village too. But yeah, this is now our home from home when in Hungary. Thank you to the Host for making our holiday perfect.

Negative: No complaints at all, this place is way superior to virtually all other places I have stayed at much greater money.

Summary: Perfect home from home at a great price with the best host.

Positive: Everything was perfect. Alex was very clear with all infos for getting at the lovely house. His father was super nice helping out with some problems we had during the first day. The house is quite big, we had only one room opened since we were just a couple. Internet was super good. Supermarkets are quite close and we had everything we needed for our stay (5 days). Nice view from the yard. I loved it really.

Positive: The outside cooking, the inside is lovely, a bit dated, but this actually added charm and is not a criticism. The host is one of the best, and made sure our stay was perfect.
