About this accommodation
This semi-detached house with a 90 m² apartment on two floors and an internal staircase is just 750 meters from the historic old town. A supermarket is directly opposite, and two bakeries can be reached in less than 300 meters. A cycle path along the Räuschenberg leads you to the R1 towards Holzminden-Hameln, while the route to Beverungen goes through the old town.
You have access to the house both from the street side and via the terrace. On the terrace, you will find seating with a table and chairs. The outdoor areas and lawn are natural and simple. The driveway offers one parking space; two spaces are possible if you park one behind the other. In the lockable shed, you can safely store two bicycles; additional bikes must be carried into the cellar, which is also accessible from outside via stairs.
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, dining and living room, and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms and another bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, and a four-burner stove.
Oil and acrylic paintings of Höxter as well as expressively painted aerial views give the apartment a special flair and can be purchased if you are interested.
We live ourselves 400 meters away on the way to the old town and are therefore quickly reachable.
