Holiday house by the lake suitable for couples / families wishing for a quiet and laid back holiday. Basically, the house is rented out to family people and not to workers. 2 holiday homes are located (see ad 6900363), yet sheltered for each other. The holiday homes can therefore also be suitable for two families wishing to vacation in separate homes. The holiday home is modernly equipped and contains everything you need. Good beds and cozy wood burning stove. Cot and high chair are inserted as needed. Parking near the house. A good starting point for visits to Runde, ร…lesund and Geirnager. Very nice play area for children near by.
Room to arrange and freeze the catch for free disposal in own building. This building is common to the two cabins.
15 foot boat with 9.9 hp engine can be rented. The boats are located at the marina 3.5 km away.
Bed linen and towelsets can be hired.

Summary: We have enjoy the holiday home very much, especially on some rainy days :). There a couple of hiking trails that start nearby and give you a great views.

Summary: We had a wonderful two weeks in Hareid - the house was wonderful, with spectacular views over the fjord. Even if we were a bit unlucky with the weather it did not matter much, because the views over the sea and mountains were always different, always spectacular, and there was tons to do: the Aquarium at ร…lesund (which our 5-year old adored), ร…lesund itself, Geiranger Fjord, and - beyond the tourist attractions - the island itself: there are some lovely walks and beaches here, and the island is really varied in its landscape. We did not come here for the fishing (but were very grateful to our lovely neighbours for sharing some of their excess fish with us) - and whether you come here for fishing or not: it's just a wonderful, unforgettable place for a vacation

Summary: The house is very wonderful. It is in a quiet and very beautiful area. The views of the fjords right outside the window are enchanting. The house was well furnished and comfortable. Americans should note that towels and linens should be pre-ordered. The owner was very helpful and communicative. She gave suggestions for walking trails and grocery stores. A car is a must for this area. It is easy to reach larger roads from the house but it is in a rural setting. Our stay in Hareid was restful and lovely. I would highly recommend staying at the Mork houses.

Summary: We had a wonderful time in Hareid. The cabin is almost new and very good furnished and clean. The cabin is very near to the fjord and the view is fantastic. Hildegunn and Torbjรธrn are great hosts, we had a very warm welcome and communication was very easy. They were always available to help and Hildegunn picked up some flowers for us at arrival :) Thank you very much for the fantastic time in the cabin! We definitely recommend to stay there and would like to come back again!
