This is a lovely holiday house with a pool on a fenced site, stylishly furnished and with modern appliances for a comfortable holiday. It is nestled into a quiet residential district with single-family and multiple-family houses, in the inland area of northern Istria, not far from the Slovenian border. It is convenient for going on trips into the natural surroundings, the lovely villages, the sea and the neighbouring countries.
The big terrace provides garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols for enjoying the Mediterranean sun or dining in the shade under the roofing. You can also cool off in the pool. You can exercise in the fitness room in the annex on a treadmill or cycle machine, and there is also table football. You can prepare original Croatian recipes in the summer kitchen and enjoy them outdoors. The summer kitchen has a little fridge and two cooking rings. In front of it there is the built-in chimney grill with an outdoor sink and a dining space. There are three parking spaces on site.
Apart from the main house, the 900m² site also has a big terrace for sociable togetherness, a pool with sun loungers, a summer kitchen with a built-in chimney grill and a dining space, and an annex with fitness equipment and table football. The one-storey holiday house with 120m² of living space comprises three bedrooms each with a double bed, an open living, dining and cooking room, a bathroom with a bath and a guest WC with a washbasin. The furniture is new and harmoniously coordinated. The bathrooms, the hallway, the dining space and the kitchen are tiled, while the bedrooms and the living room have parquet flooring. The first bedroom has a double bed with two individual mattresses measuring 90 x 180cm. The second and third bedrooms each have a double bed (160 x 200cm and 140 x 200cm) with one big mattress. All the double beds have two bedside tables with reading lamps. Each bedroom has a wardrobe for storing your luggage. The hallway leads to the central dining space, with a generous dining table with two benches and two chairs for dining together. On one side there is the open living room with a corner sofa and three stools, for relaxing after a day trip. The pull-out sofa can also be used as a bed (140 x 200cm) for a seventh and eighth person. A crackling fire in the fireplace or the air conditioning ensure a pleasant indoor climate in any season. The flatscreen TV with satellite channels and a TV USB port provides entertainment in the evenings. On the other side of the dining table there is the semi-open kitchen, accessed through an archway. It provides modern appliances for convenient self-catering, including a dishwasher, a four-zone hob and an oven under an extractor fan with lighting, a fridge and freezer, a coffee machine and a toaster. The bathroom has a bath with a shower curtain, a window, a washbasin with a mirror and wall cupboards. There is only air conditioning in the living room, but all the windows have blinds.
There are shops, cafés and restaurants awaiting your visit 500-700 metres away, and it is worth going on trips to the sea 8km away. There is a picturesque sandy beach about 12km away. The historical town of Buje is 5km away.
The owner invites you for a free traditional dinner with a drink, either from the grill or ‘ispod peke’.
