Our house is located on the northern outskirts of Klagenfurt at 720m above sea level.
In a quiet forest edge location in the middle of nature, there is a wonderful view of the mountains.
The house "Eulenburg" is particularly suitable as a starting point for many activities and excursions, since the city of Klagenfurt, with all its attractions, events and sights, can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The Wörthersee, Minimundus, the Pyramidenkogel or the Carinthian mountains are also popular destinations that offer varied vacation days.
The neighboring countries of Slovenia and Italy are also not far away.
Our house is also the ideal place to relax and unwind, for walks in beautiful nature and into the adjacent forest, or for hikes.
It can accommodate up to 12 people (10 adults, 2 children) and is therefore also suitable for large families.
There is 160 m2 of living space on 3 levels, which have been lovingly furnished, a large garden with barbecue and play facilities for children, as well as enough parking space.
On the ground floor of the house there is the modern kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, microwave ...), the large dining room, the cozy living room with tiled stove and adjacent terrace and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and single beds and another bathroom with shower and bathtub.
In the basement there is a bedroom with a double bed, a shower and the sauna (heat cabin).
The wonderful view of the valley is available in almost all rooms.

Summary: Amazing stay at the beautiful holiday home. We had 7 people in our group and everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The house is spacious, beautifully located on a hill overlooking the mountains. The morning coffee and evening family gatherings on the terrace were something we were all looking forward to everyday. The area offered endless possibilities in terms of sightseeing, hiking in the mountains, shopping etc. Our hosts were very helpful and always accessible to us by phone but giving us space at the same time as they stayed in a separate house next to ours. The house was equipped with everything we needed making the stay comfortable for all of us. Everything inside was in perfect condition and spotless. overall beautiful vacation stay which we enjoyed tremendously. Already thinking about spending more vacation time there in the future. Thank you Peter and Maria-Luise Hubner!

Summary: We had such a fantastic stay, our hosts Peter and Maria-Luise were wonderful, as was their son Philippe who spoke fantastic english and gave us lots of local information. The house is spacious, spotless, well equipped and in an absolutely stunning location. There is also children’s play equipment, an outside bbq and seating area and lots of games. It was the most wonderful place to stay in beautiful Austria. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Our family spent a week in this wonderfull house and we have to say that it is one of the nicest and cosiest accomodation we have ever had during our multiple trips. The house is absolutely charming from head to toe and super mountain view is a great bonus. The reality is even better than photo. It is very clean inside and you can find everything you need during your stay. There are plenty of options what to do during the stay: to have a meal on a nice terrace, to make BBQ in a small cosy pavilion near the house, or to have a battle in table-tennis or badminton. If the weather is bad you can spend time in spacious living-room and still have mountain-view over the window. The house is situated in a very good place, surrounded by coniferous forest. You definitely need a car to reach it, but it takes only 15 minutes to reach Klagenfurt, 1.5 hours for Graz. It is also possible to make a day trip to Slovenia or Italy. Peter und Maria-Luise are very nice hosts. No problems with communication, solving small questions or giving any information a guest needs. We do hope to come back to this lovely place soon in future!

Summary: Our stay at the Holiday House was wonderful - the property is beautiful! Everything is quite new, clean and very comfortable. All the amenities are there - from the kitchen to bathrooms and laundry facilities. The view of the mountains from the house is awesome - we could not get enough of it. The town of Klagenfurt is charming, with great restaurants and central square with lots of shops. Our hosts were very accommodating and so gracious. We appreciated all they did for us during our stay. Highly recommend the Holiday House!

Summary: Maria - Luisa has a warm homey touch to every room, and the kitchen is very well equipped and functional. The balconie(s) have the best mountain views you could imagine, and the drive through the small village , up to the home, was a visual delight. There are some crazy roosters who add charm to the experience, and everything had a welcome feel.
