This beautiful villa is in an old village called Podgora and is surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and old stone ruins.
The second building provides 40m² of living space and its ground floor has a similar layout to that of the first building. It also has a modern living and dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a laundry room with a toilet and a washing machine. The first floor has a bedroom with a double bed, its own bathroom and a balcony with a sea view. The second floor has another bedroom with the same specification, with a balcony with a sea view.
The villa has a total living space of 130 square metres and is therefore very spacious. The building consists of a ground floor, first floor and second floor. The ground floor has a living room with a sofa, a dining room with a dining table for four people, a fully-equipped kitchen and a laundry room with a WC. The first floor has a large double bedroom with a double bed with ensuite, and a large balcony with a sea view. The second floor is a large double bedroom with ensuite, and balcony with seaview.
The villa is brand new, air-conditioned and has all modern furniture. The stairs are made of Croatian oak. The villa is especially suitable for families and couples who would like to enjoy a beautiful holiday in a little village and near beaches and tourist amenities. Here you can really enjoy peace and quiet. The view of the Adriatic Sea is simply fabulous.
The beaches are only about two kilometres away. Restaurants, shops, bars, a pharmacy and other amenities are all within a four-minute drive. The islands of Hvar and Brac are just a short boat ride away. It is two hours by boat to Dubrovnik and just an hour by boat to Split.
Outside there is a big terrace with a table and chairs for four people, a summer kitchen with a gas grill, a sink and, as a highlight, a 20m² pool. Six sun loungers are provided. Three private car parking spaces are available.
