The house is fully air conditioned and there are heating options for the autumn and winter months. The living room exits to a terrace and patio on which you can enjoy your morning coffee, prepare a tasty dinner using the barbecue, and sip a cocktail by the illuminated swimming pool in the evening.
There is parking space for two cars, bicycles or motorcycles in front of the house.
Villa Emilia is located in the small village Markovici near Vizinada. In Vižinada there are two shops, three cafés, an ATM machine and typical restaurants can be reached in just 4 -10 km.
