4 Bedroom House in Pyrbaum

Holiday house Dittmar in Pruppach approx. 8km proximity to the Rothsee. After Nuremberg about 14 km.
House 178sqm living space with sleeping places for up to 10 people. The house has on the ground floor a spacious living room with a wonderful furnished conservatory. In a modern kitchen you can cook to your heart's content your favorite dishes, or prepare a delicious roast. Of course, if you want to go fast, there is also a microwave available. For warm summer evenings you will find space on two terraces, one in the south and a large covered terrace in the west with a large stone barbecue. The special features include a beautifully landscaped pool with sliding pool hall. A large sand filter system ensures clear water and the pool roof ensures that the sun-heated water remains pleasantly warm even on colder summer days.
On rainy days or as you like, a large 55 inch flat screen TV (suitable for 3D) as well as in the individual rooms TV sets provides entertainment.
Furthermore, a kicker (professional version) and pinball machines are available.
For a fee.
One of the bedrooms is also equipped with mattresses which have a massage and heat function.
And to relax after the many activities that are possible in the area, you can use the in-house sauna with loungers.
Pets are allowed, a dog could look forward to a large garden. Please note that the portal can not process the fee of 10 Euro per night for the dear velvet paws. This must always be paid on-site. For children and adults Nintendo Wii and X Box 360.
Wi-Fi for a fee of 2.50 euros per day.
The pool is from 15 April to 15. October in operation.
Freezer and washing machine available if desired.
The basic price is for 2 people, the sheets and towels, sauna towels, bathrobes, inclusive.
For each additional person per linen package (bed linen, towels, sauna towel, bathrobe, etc. everything ready prepared for you) we charge 15 euros per person.
You are welcome to pay on arrival on the spot.

Summary: The house is very nice, it is in a beautiful and quiet town. The house has everything you need, the pool is great and the recreation room with pimball is amazing. There is a washer, dryer, oven, coffee maker, everything you need to spend some incredible days. Close to Nuremberg, Playmobil Fun Park, Rothenburg…

Summary: Myself, along with 3 colleagues, stayed in Jan-Feb 2020 on business. The house is very clean, warm, and comfortable with lots of great amenities. The only downside is that it took a little longer than we expected to drive to Nurnberg, and we had to drive to neighbouring towns if we needed a bite to eat. Otherwise, everything is within a short drive, including a few nice restaurants. Would definitely consider staying again. The communication with the host was excellent!

Summary: The house is good, well equiped and clean. We were there for a professional exhibition so we didn't use the house that much... Their is a Pinnball playing room available which was quite nice. If there is something to be improved it could be the beds (a little bit hard for us) and the cushions (a little bit soft). For the rest everything was excellent!

Summary: The property is really nice, set out on 4 floors, with nice spacious rooms. It had pretty much everything we (family of 6) needed as a home from home. The pool was great - we used it loads, the kids couldnt get enough of it. The pool water was slightly cool, which was just right, as it was very hot when we stayed. The wifi was excellent. A previous review said it was a bit slow, but we didnt have any problems with 3 ipads and 2 iphones connected. Marina met us on arrival, she is lovely and explained everything we needed to know about the house. The property is in a very quiet, small neighbourhood, a few miles out of Pyrbaum centre, and was a good base for exploring northern bavaria. A few minor areas that could perhaps be improved - Fans in the bedrooms to help cope with this heatwave! - it was very hot at night. Charging for the pinball machines and table football feels a bit like penny pinching, given the cost of staying there, And it would be helpful if the damage deposit could be paid in local currency - we had no desire to spend 200 euros on our journey home, so got hit with charges to draw out the euros, and then again to change them back to sterling. These were not big issues, and overall, we were very happy with our stay and with the accommodation.

Summary: Very nice house in a beautiful area....rustic and peaceful. Only minor issue is that the beds could probably use new mattresses This was ideal for a business trip to Nuremberg with four people.

Summary: The house was a real gem - pretty small but very spacious and well planned. It has everything you can imagine - you name it! :) It takes some time to orient yourself inside and remember which things are yours and which are not, but soon you start to feel like being at our own home. And that, i think, tells everything... Areas to improve: better wi-fi internet connection (for 1 laptop it's ok, for 2 - not enough). The rest is perfect! 5/5* I would definitely would come once and once again.
