Little Paradise is an exquisite self-catering 3 bedroom holiday house fabulously situated in the delightful seaside community of Noordhoek, Cape Town. The spacious house (220m2) is located minutes from spectacular Noordhoek Beach, and nestling under the mountains of the Silvermine Nature Reserve. The property boasts an entirely indigenous garden incorporating a wide variety of species, a fish pond and a large swimming pool. From here you enjoy a genuine 270 degree sweeping view of the mountains, the valley, the wetlands and the sea and you can observe a wide variety of bird life.
Families with children: Little Paradise is an ideal destination for families with children. The big garden is completely fenced in and far from the next street. It offers innumerable possibilities to play and to rag, but also to the direct contact with the nature. The large swimming pool, the fish pond and our playground with trampoline, swing, slide and sleg/ninja line will cause special enthusiasm at your small ones. For the safety of your children we provide several safety features, witch include a poolfence, a screen for the pond and safety gates for the stairs. For your comfort we provide a cot and a high-chair.
Internet, ceiling lights, alarmsystem and entrance gate are backed up during loadshedding by a PV system with backup batteries and the gas hob enables you cooking during loadshedding as well.
We are living with our daughter on the same property (over 4.200 sqm) in a seperate house and Thomas parents in the granny flat next to the guesthouse.

Summary: Spent our last 3 nights in South Africa here and loved the home with fantastic comfort. We appreciate our chats with Antje and Thomas who are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Easy access to shopping, to Noordhoek Beach and lovely swimming pool for family to enjoy.

Summary: Enjoyed a Months stay (mid Feb to Mid March 2016) at Little Paradise. Friendly family,helpful but not intrusive. Very clean House with good size Garden and Gardens. Seclude,private location but with easy access to Supermarkets, Shopping Malls, many fine Restaurants and Towns/Beaches on both the Atlantic and False Bay.

Summary: We spent 10 amazing days at Little Paradise, and it definitely lives up to it's name. The home is so nicely decorated and has everything you could possibly need. It's also a kid's paradise with the swimming pool, in-ground trampoline, playhouse and swingset - it was just perfect. Antje and Thomas were available to answer any questions and give suggestions on things to do and see in the area. They even arranged for a baby-sitter for our daughter so that we could have an evening out to enjoy Cape Town's restaurant scene. We would 100% recommend Little Paradise and will definitely rent it again in the future.

Summary: We spent a very pleasant two and a half weeks at Little Paradise during January and February this year. The property is well equipped, not only in the kitchen area but also in the bedrooms and living rooms, and is comfortably and tastefully furnished throughout. The pool was a big success; it is cleaned and maintained daily, and there are shaded areas available if required. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast outside and being able to enjoy a quiet drink on the first floor balcony in the evening, with the Atlantic in the distance and a panoramic view of the hills on the landward side. Little Paradise indeed! Local shopping is comprehensive and accessible, and Cape Town is within reach by road. There are also a wide range of excellent local restaurants. We found the owners, Antje and Thomas, friendly and unobtrusive, but always ready with help and advice if needed.

Summary: The house was exactly right for the location, the area and the surroundings. Everything was so easily accessable. Little paradise had exactly what my family and our guests were looking for. We were protected from the wind, we had sun, braai and the pool was brilliant. The views were stunning and the days ended off with sun downers on the top terrace.... The house had everything we needed and of high quality, from the kitchen, to the dinning room, the bedrooms and the fantastic service we received throughout. Janine and Dave were brilliant It was little paradise and Noordhoek at its best. Thanks Antje and Thomas

Summary: I have been on holidays all over the world and I have never experienced anything like the Little Paradise. The personal attention and effort put in by Thomas and Anje blew us all away. We celebrated my son's 21 birthday party at Little Paradise which was a huge sucess due firstly to their understanding and secondly,it is a phenomenal home away from home. This isn't usually a normal request but they bent over backwards to make the party a success and thoroughly enjoyable. Our heartfelt thanks Thomas and Anje, you were absolutely fantastic and will always be part of this memorable occasion.
