Ski lift and cross-country ski trail each about 50 m, ski bus stop about 30 m. Toboggan run about 500 m. Gondola 'Acherkogelbahn' in Ötz 16 km. Restaurant about 100 m, bakery about 150 m. Access via winding road.
In the basement sauna (€ 35 per session, order). Boot dryer. Parking on the property. At the house covered balcony.
The house is furnished vacation home with lots of wood. Carpeted and parquet floors. 2x satellite TV, radio. Internet access (WLAN, inclusive). Washing machine, iron / ironing board. Oil central heating.

Note: When booking for the price of 13 people, the bedroom and the shower / WC remain locked in the lower ground floor.

Summary: The property was clean and tidy. But on our arrival we were told we would not get full access to the property. Leaving us short of some beds. Even though we had 18 guests staying, This caused lots of problems with sleeping arrangements. I was promised a refund but still nothing!!! . There is a sauna and washing machine. You will not be allowed to use these because the sauna is locked and the owner comes down to do your washing because she won't trust anyone else to use it. Make sure you get confirmation and fill access to the property before you book. Because you will be disappointed like we were.

Summary: The property was well equipped for our party of 14 family & friends and in a wonderful location with views of the mountains and less than an hour's drive to the main ski runs. Communication with the property manager was difficult as they did not speak English. The property description was not clear on the Vrbo site, we expected 8 bedrooms for our party of 14 but were told we could only have 6, however they did open up an additional bedroom in the basement after we arrived. We were a little concerned that the owners came into the property unannounced a couple of times during our stay to get things from the basement. However on the whole we enjoyed our stay and would consider using this property again.
