Summary: Check in was great however checkout was challenging. During breakfast the front desk clerk is no where to be found for over 20 minutes.

Summary: My husband and I stayed the night for our daughter's softball game. Booked last minute and was very pleased. Front desk staff were friendly. Our room was very clean. The breakfast is worth paying for the update. If her team plays there again, we will look to stay here. Several places to eat

Summary: The location is perfect for where I need to be right off the interstate but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. I feel bottled water should be part of the deal not two dollars to get a drink of water.

Summary: Checked in at 3, left for about an hour. Returned, went to my room, it was not cleaned. The bed was not made. Went to front desk, was changed to another room. Then had issues with the TV, which when I tried to call from the hotel to the front desk, my phone was not working. I never have any issues at this hotel, I've stayed many times. This was a first, just a little disappointed. However, front desk has excellent customer service!

Summary: The room was nice and comfortable. However, their website stated they had a bar and restaurant, but they did not. They only served breakfast and not dinner. The front desk person said they knew the website was incorrect

Summary: Door knob was broken in the bathroom. Staff was annoying, asking us to complete surveys several times. They even interrupted our breakfast and asked if we could filled out the survey now. The cook in the kitchen was on a personal call during our breakfast and the lobby staff were dressed in sloppy clothes.
