Positive: The staff went above and beyond for us. Two young ladies at the front desk. Helped us with our issues with kindness and expertise. Honestly if it weren't for them, there would be a poor review. The rest of the staff we encountered all had a smile and greeted us. Your staff is the shining star of the entire property.
Negative: The room we booked had no A/C, this was during a heat wave. it was 78 degrees with everything set the coolest. The ladies at the front desk got us squared away with another room except we didnt have two queen beds and my teenager was not thrilled with a pull out. I paid extra for the two queen room. The hot tub is not usuable either.

Positive: The room was spacious, the indoor pool was a nice addition, having an IHOP attached was very convenient.
Negative: The rooms could be a little cleaner, the restroom could use an update. The front door staff was not friendly, thet didn't welcome us, would only give short answers and was impatient even though we had just walked into the hotel and I was looking for my reservation confirmation. you expect to be welcome into a hotel with a smile, the rest of the staff that we encountered was somewhat friendly
