Negative: We wanted to eat at the Italian restaurant and when we got there there was a sign saying it was closed it would have been nice to get a text about the restaurants being closed for parties and nobody cleaned the pool we stayed at the Villas and there was always bugs floating around

Positive: The property offers immaculate views with pleasant staff. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi was really nice and relaxing. The room was so beautiful and amazingly clean with a full kitchen and washer and dryer
Negative: The bed was a little bit uncomfortable, we both didn’t get much sleep. The restaurants at the timber ridge that we dined at the food was not good at all. So it limited us on having much to eat particularly with my many food allergies. We did bring our own food which was our savior or else we would have just wasted money on food we couldn’t eat. It was difficult locating other restaurants the signs were a little small around the properties so the restaurants at the timber ridge were the only ones we could locate

Positive: Beautiful resort setting and very close to downtown Lake Geneva, about 5 minutes. Our suite was comfortable and well equipped.
Negative: King mattress in master bedroom sagged to the middle. There should have been more towels, pillows and an extra blanket provided.
