Summary: All staff was friendly and place was great. I think they forgot to finish our room. Still had leftover items from previous person. Glass with water, tshirt, and trash in room.

Summary: 2 hours for check in, tried to sell us a timeshare, had to pay for everything. Had a bugs coming out of the kitchen! The cleaners tried to come in a 9am day of check out!!

Summary: Best place for kids! Mine didn’t want to leave. Lots of things to keep kids happy and entertained. A bit pricey for all the extras like $9 to rent the tubes for the lazy river but the price of booking was so low it was acceptable to pay for extras while there. Resort is huge! Our 2 bedroom was as big as a house! Very comfortable, even had own washer and dryer! Best place we’ve stayed ever!

Summary: We have been visiting orange Lake annually for years. Property is older but well kept! The shuttle on the property to go in between on property activities takes Way to long and is rude about picking up and dropping off. You will Send 1/2 your vacation parking or waiting on the shuttle. Also DO NOT get roped into the "Tour" they basically hold you hostage for 4 hours but say it will be 2 for $200.00 worth of Vouchers we ended up not using fully. All in all orange lake was a great experience and we will go back next year, we will just rent a golf cart and decline their "hostage Tour" the cram down your Throat. Lol

Summary: It was advertised as 2 queens and a sofa bed for for a family of 6. We got 2 doubles and a pull out sofa that was a twin. Thankfully we were able to make do with what we had but space was tight. Also, check-in was long, having to check in at multiple stations, then trying to get me to sign up for time shares. This is a process that was miserable after several hours of driving. I just wanted to check in and get to my room. The rooms are okay, but can definitely tell that it hasn't been updated in a while. Some positives is that there was a 2-burner stove, dishwasher, mini-fridge, microwave, 4-seat dining table. While there isn't a washer and dryer in the room, they do have one that is available for use down the hall that is complimentary for use and they provide some laundry detergent.

Summary: What a wonderful resort with lots of activities and great service! I brought my grandchildren here for a final summer hurrah and it was fabulous… Strongly recommend!!!

Summary: Cleanliness was good. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were not modern luxury but were appealing and functional. Only thing off was one tv in the bedroom did not work. Overall it worked well for our family. The amenities were great with the lazy river and the slides and we went early to ensure a good spot. When planning make sure you know the times all of the activities open. There was a small fee for the tubes and of course the kids wanted me to pay for the funzone activities which would have been fine if it were not so excruciatingly hot and it did not rain. We pretty much did not get to do much of that and it was a money waste so plan accordingly. We did not get time to do any of the water sports activities like seadoos or kayak. Maybe next time. There was a nice Publix just down the road for supplies. I will probably go back there.

Summary: The overall stay wasn’t the worst. The room was pretty nice. Worst part of the entire trip was the “tour” that we participated in. It took 3 hours, not 90 minutes like they said. On top of that, our sales person had a nasty attitude

Summary: I had a great time overall. The bungalow was nice. Could use updating and there was some dirty items. Tv in primary not working. We did put a request in but wasn’t fixed during our stay. Overall the amenities were awesome. There’s so much to do on the resort. Would highly recommend!
