Summary: Perfect location for a concert/gig at the Ziggo dome. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Would stay again if ever have to be in the area

Summary: Really handy for trains, buses and metro to get in and out to centre. Great location for concert at Ziggo Dome.

Summary: The hotel is very beautiful and the location is good. However, they don’t do daily cleaning of the room due to their sustainability policies, which I agree are important. However, I don’t see how making the bed and emptying the bins is really against their environment. I didn’t event wants my towels or linens changed. One of the reasons I choose hotels instead of Airbnb is because I love how they make the beds and also I want to have a break. I don’t want to wake up on holidays and make my own bed. Might sound silly but it spoiled the stay for us. Also the staff could be kinder.

Summary: So I booked this hotel as I was going to the Ajax match at the stadium nearby so it was very convenient for that as it was less than 10 minutes walking and the train station was also about 10 minutes walk maximum. The hotel appeared nice and modern and clean just like previous holiday inn express we stayed in Amsterdam but when we got to our room it wasn't even made it was dirty bed and bathroom so I called on the phone to reception and they said they were busy but would send someone but after 10 minutes I went down to speak to them as that was totally unacceptable. They were very apologetic and gave us another room nearby so didn't have to move far and that one had been made the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower which was very nice although the temperature would fluctuate a little but overall it was a nice shower. The tv was a lot smaller than in the pictures online but wasn't a problem. When I checked in they asked how often I wanted housekeeping as we were staying for 4 nights I said once in the middle would be fine however after our second night we wanted to relax so I left the sign on the door not to be disturbed and we were not. The next day our last full day I left the sign on requesting housekeeping as we were out early and not planning on returning until later and would like fresh bedding and towels for our last night but when we returned the room had not been made again which was really annoying.
