Positive: Food was good. Staff were friendly. Location was easy to access and covenant for my work needs. Plenty of food choices in very close proximity.
Negative: The bed mattress was very worn out. The furniture in the room needs some attention as well. Just seemed like lots of use to the point of being worn out. For the money these items should definitely be maintained better. Not on the level of other Holiday Inn Express I've stayed at.

Positive: Great location and clean. Staff was every nice. Amenities were close by convenient. Loved that close to where I went for business. Love that coffee or tea was available at any hour down stairs. Room was updated. Have a refrigerator and microwave. Plus coffee maker and teas ice machine was close.
Negative: Smell of weed. I went down a few minutes after breakfast. and workers were just putting things away. When I asked for something I didn’t get anything. Has to go outside. They had the food right there. It was not completely clear. Just covered. Refrigerator for yogurt was locked☹️
