Summary: The parking area was small and seemed shared with another hotel. Construction was going on it seemed like. The room was clean and the lady that checked us in was helpful and friendly. The noise level was kind of louder than use to for hotels. We didn’t really hear anything from halls much but the room above us I guess a kid was running around at night and we could hear it all. Overall the room was spacious and nice.

Summary: 3 of us traveling. Had reserved 2 Queen-bed room. Got to room and it was not cleaned since prior guest. Could then only get room with 1 bed and couch-hide-a-bed (which was not good). Bathroom floor had little pieces of 'dirt'. Bed was too soft for me. We were on I-77 side of building and it was noisy all night.

Summary: Its near the highway but the sound of it isnt to loud, staff is excellent and responsive to any needs you have, the rooms where very clean on arrival and pool area was clean. Overall was a great stay.

Summary: The workers were kind and helpful; but our room was not cleaned. The bathroom floor had trash and hair on it, by the couch had a lot of food crumbs, and the fridge in the area of the freezer was gross apparently left from a previous guest.

Summary: The shower was for handicapped people and the water leaked all over the bathroom floor. The actual room was very nice. I would not recommend a handicapped room. We did not need it.

Summary: Room was clean. Toilet seat was about to fall off. Sink spigot wasn't tight and wobbled around. Shower floor surface is very slick. Front-desk person was nice and informative.
