Positive: The location is ideal with many of the key downtown spots very near. The breakfast was very good with an elaborate spread. The elevators are fast and well maintained.
Negative: The bath room drains were slow to drain. Often takes 12 hrs to drain the water completely (Room 702). Subsequently they changed my room. But in the new room (919), the air conditioning was not so good. The temperature control was not working. Several of the furnishing are too old and due for a revamp.

Negative: Rooms were outdated and a little bit dirty not because of bad housekeeping but because of old facilities that have been worn out by use and time. Breakfast ( broken mugs, slow refiling)
