Summary: Good place to stay, they have breakfast in the morning it was good the pool was open movies across the street I will stay again. We had a nice time!!

Summary: I usually like to stay in the Holiday Inn express, but I was disappointed in a lot of things. It was kind of not as as good as the normal holiday and expresses I stay in. And when I went to the pool, it was filled with leaves and all kinds of stuff it wasn’t Very nice. I mean the water was warm to the touch of the toe what there wasn’t even a screen that I could take to try to clean out all the debris and stuff that was in the pool, which was not good. I couldn’t dry my stuff because it was an old washer and dryer and you needed quarters to put in it and in today’s day and people don’t carry quarters with them and I couldn’t get quarters from anybody. There was a a place for me to put garbage for food that I ordered to eat out. I do have to say, though that the people who work here were very nice and tried to accommodate me as much as they could so that was very nice. The shade in my room didn’t go down all the way and I needed to get to sleep while it was still daylight out, so that was very difficult. It only went down 3/4 of the way. Next time I come in Dallas, I would definitely not think about staying at this Holiday Inn express because it doesn’t match the other Holiday Inn express is where I usually stay. One more thing when I want to get my breakfast and I went to have the oatmeal there was an cinnamon sugar to put in the oatmeal, and I want to shake it in the whole thing dumped into my oatmeal. That wasn’t very fun at all. And then I wanted just the plain pork sausag

Summary: My young daughter and I arrived to the hotel literally in the middle of the night due to traffic we hit driving up to Arlington. The front desk checked us in very fast! We stayed on the first floor in the jacuzzi room and it looks just like the pictures. The bed was very soft like a cloud my daughter said and I would agree. They had a pantry area near the front desk with moderately priced snacks and microwaveable food. The breakfast smelled delicious but actually was not. I opted to use my Walmart + subscription and have them deliver some food to us because we just couldn’t stomach what was prepared. Overall the trip was good, we got good sleep and would stay here again.

Summary: The front desk manager was rude, and I always had to wait for someone to come to the front desk. Although I had prepaid, I was not given the option to extend my checkout time by another hour, which caused me inconvenience. I will never stay at this particular Holiday Express again. Parking was terrible.

Summary: Check in process was easy. I noticed a small snack area close to lobby to purchase items. The next morning, breakfast was served, a quick meal. Food was good and hot, with options. Check out was confusing. I did try to check out on the link sent to my email,but unable to. I was told my counter lady to just drop my 2 card keys off in a box on the counter.

Summary: Wonderful friendly staff and service. The IHOP next door is fantastic. The hot tub was warm. Breakfast was great. Gym is small but equipment worked. Shower was hot. Bathroom was clean. Pool had towels. The pool location is in the middle of the parking lot so not very private. Some rust on the bathroom door. No cleaning wipes in the gym. Suite has one only TV. So not the fanciest place but certainly a good stay if you want a clean bed, hot breakfast, hot shower, convenience, and friendly staff.
