Summary: Really great hotel with top tier customer service, always clean, and had lots of great perks (free breakfast, free toothpaste, free parking... etc). They were always friendly and accommodating. We stayed here for almost 1 month and we were sad to leave. I wanted to note an employee named Helene who seriously was a great help during our stay. She went above and beyond for us and we can't say thanks enough. Never once did she give us attitude for any of our requests and she always had a smile on her face. It's the little things like this that make customers want to return. We will definitely be coming back for our next trip to Florida and would highly recommend this hotel to those who are wanting to visit Largo. Close to lots of stores/food/the beach!

Summary: We have had a very bad experience with the beds since having slept in them we got bitten by fleas, which is quite horrible to happen. Since the bites of fleas or bedbugs are very painful.
