Positive: I must say, the cleanliness of the hotel truly impressed me. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by the unmistakable scent of bleach, a reassuring sign that high hygiene standards were being maintained. The room itself was immaculate. The beds were neatly made with fresh linens, and all the furniture was spotless. I checked the bathroom thoroughly and was relieved to find no stray hairs or remnants from previous guests; it was as if I was the very first occupant of the space. One of the standout features during my stay was the pool area. Despite the number of guests coming in and out, the pool was remarkably well-maintained. The water was clear, and the surrounding deck was free from clutter, making it an inviting spot to relax and unwind.
Negative: I encountered several maintenance issues that detracted significantly from my stay. Firstly, the entrance door to my suite was unusually heavy and required an excessive amount of effort to close correctly. On one occasion, as I struggled to hold it open to bring in my luggage, I unintentionally cut my foot – a painful reminder that this door needed urgent attention. Inside the suite, I found that the bathroom door was equally problematic. It was incredibly stiff and often wouldn't close properly, which is far from ideal for a space meant for privacy. Moreover, the bathroom itself had a noticeable sunk-in ceiling, which contributed to an overall feeling of neglect. Another issue that plagued my stay was the toilet. It ran continuously throughout the night, creating an annoying background noise that made it difficult to sleep. To stop it from running, I found myself having to jiggle the handle—yet even when I managed to get it to stop, flushing became a task in itself. I had to hold down the lever every time, which was quite inconvenient. Considering that this was a King Suite, I expected a higher level of upkeep and comfort. However, these shortcomings made my stay less enjoyable than it should have been. For a hotel that markets itself as a premium establishment, better attention to detail and maintenance is essential. I hope my feedback prompts improvements for future guests. During my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered a variety of interactions that left me with mixed feelings about my experience. One memorable moment occurred when I ran into some of the hotel staff in a common area. They were engaged in a conversation in Spanish, and feeling confident, I decided to greet them in their language. However, to my surprise, they looked at each other, rolled their eyes, and pretended not to see me. It was disheartening to witness such dismissive behavior from the staff. As a guest, I expected a welcoming atmosphere.

Positive: I think we've found our favorite place to stay when we come visit family in Longmont. The hotel was quiet and clean. The bed was a little too soft for us, but it was still nice. The pool was the best one we've found in Longmont! The grandkids loved the waterslide!
