Summary: It was an overnight while traveling into the outerbanks. We stopped early and met some family that was traveling to the outerbanks also and we stayed at this hotel. We swam and had dinner out and breakfast at the hotel. Good breakfast too

Summary: The hotel is being renovated, so that was going on in parts of the building. This didn't cause any noise or inconvenience, but the lobby and the breakfast area did not seem to be airconditioned, which we assume was connected to the work going on. It was pretty uncomfortable. AC in the room was fine. "Outdoor area was nice. We sat out there in the evening when the temp cooled off a little. Staff was very nice.

Summary: The front desk staff was amazing when we arrived. They were super friendly and helped us carry our luggage upstairs. which is the only reason I'm giving four overall stars. The elevator was broken making it very difficult, while the front desk attendant there was nobody to carry everything back down early in the morning before the shuttle. The bathroom wasn't very clean and I found hair in the shower that wasn't ours. The overall quality of the room was mediocre, one of the lights flickered and didn't even work. Overall the room was not worth the price.

Summary: The elevator closest to my room was out of order causing us to use the elevator on the other side of the building which caused us to travel through a construction area marked do not enter! When I asked a staff member how long the elevator was out he said several weeks! This was a total inconvenience and to learn it wasn’t a recent occurrence was very concerning. Additionally the lobby area and common areas were extremely warm like the air conditioning was also in need of repair Lastly I booked this hotel specifically for the outdoor pool and the water was green!

Summary: Did not like the pick up wait over an hour after we landed at the airport. If you say you have a shuttle to and from the airport, you shouldn’t be sharing with other hotels.

Summary: This hotel was not as modern as we were hoping for BUT it is under construction for updates so I’m eager to see those once completed. Staff were very polite and answered any questions we had. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back after the updates are completed!
