Summary: Hotel was clean but bed had sheets that should have been thrown away and replaced. Very pilled and worn. Elevator was slow. Parking should have been included with the room. Not $22 a night. Very obviously a money grab. Free breakfast was good.

Summary: Nice hotel and location Booked for a trip for my 9 year olds birthday to watch a few Reds/Pirates games and swim and check out Pittsburgh An hour before we arrived from our 5 hour trip I got a text saying they had to close the pool due to something Very frustrating since we booked thus spot based on the pool Needless to say i had 4 kids really disappointed Would like some cash back really

Summary: Our room appeared clean but there was hair in the shower and found a pair of ear rings on the floor. Also, if I am paying to stay at a hotel, why do I also have to pay $22 to park my car. I am already paying hundreds of dollars to stay.

Summary: We parked in the lot and had to roll our luggage up the parking lot sidewalk ramp to the front door. The hotel lobby has no air conditioning, first of all, and I’ll note, I didn’t see the elevator. Once checked in, the staff member told us to use our key card and go back outside and around to get to the back door and then to the elevator. We rolled our luggage and stroller down a narrow ramp back to the parking lot, used the keycard, and took the elevator from the 1st floor. Keep that in mind. Weird, but whatever. Later, we took the elevator down to the lobby (2nd) floor and I saw the checkin desk right there. Why did she tell us to go outside and around? Why didn’t she show us the elevator behind her? Otherwise, great room, clean, good breakfast, really nice breakfast staff. This place is also by Carson street which is terrible right now, so don’t go over there.

Summary: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. The only negative was that the air conditioning was broken in the lobby and common area, so it was very uncomfortable during breakfast and check in/check out.

Summary: Staff was quite rude, no bedding available for sofa beds.. expectedly charged parking however it was showing free on hotel.com.. parking charg was overpriced.. There were on 3 towels in the room however we booked room for 6 people and when we asked they said they don’t have it…
