This towering three story home looks sleek from the outside and does not disappoint as you ascend the stairway through the brightly colored magnetic front door into the 40ft glass wall enclosed atrium. The atrium level features outdoor heated floors and chic Vondom Italian made patio furniture to lounge outside in style.
This home boosts 99 recessed lighting for extra brightness after dark equipped with Bluetooth enabled multi color Phillips Wiz smart light bulbs to create any vibe or keep at a normal light bulb setting.
The second level living area is a premium entertaining space with soaring 26ft ceilings and custom glass tile flooring throughout. Featuring a luxurious apt2b sectional, retro egg chair, swivel lounger, all glass office desk area, access to a small outdoor patio and atrium, have fun with the vintage Pacman machine with over 60 classic arcade games, local pop art and glassy neon that provides a trendy art gallery feel.
The fully stocked chef’s kitchen features a 5 burner Fisher & Paykel gas stove, stainless steel countertops, all stainless LG appliances, quartz waterfall island, industiral glass dining room table with clear chairs, 52" smart tv, 1/2 bath coffee bar, wet bar with a wine fridge and access directly to the atrium.
The winding custom glass stairway leads upstairs to a private master bedroom complete with a terrace overlooking the atrium, two closets, smart tv and en suite bathroom, pillow top queen bed, featuring a spacious dual head walk in shower lined with custom tile and a tub.

Summary: Superb accommodations straight out of LA. Excellent finishes and architecture. Felt like your own private palace. Minutes to coffee shop, bagels, and pubs. Will visit again.

Summary: Home was exactly as listed. Neighborhood was not quite as nice as we had hoped especially after dark. Towel hooks in the bathrooms would be greatly beneficial.

Summary: My group and I had a wonderful time at the Glassy House! Pictures truly do not do this house justice. Perfect location for night life on E Carson Street, restaurants, and breakfast spots! Garage is also large enough to fit 2 cars in, with additional street parking. 10/10! I can’t wait to stay again!

Summary: A group of 8 of us stayed at this lovely home to celebrate a 30th birthday. The house is as beautiful as the pictures suggest, a modern home right in the heart of the South Side Flats. Communication with the hosts was outstanding (they’re truly exceptional!), the house was perfect for our group — the outdoor atrium was a big hit — and the surrounding neighborhood was amazing. Super minor complaint, but a couple of the burners on the stove seemed not to work (and those that did were very hot on the lowest setting), and one or two more frying pans would’ve been great. We cooked breakfast for the group one morning and it was a bit of a juggling act. But we made it work! We were all thrilled with the stay and would absolutely stay again. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Summary: We took our family to Pittsburgh for the weekend for a wrestling tournament at University of Pitt. The location was perfect to get over to the campus yet to be in a location where there was plenty of food spots for the entire family. Less than 10 minutes from downtown and easy to get to everywhere on the southside. Definitely going to look to stay here again!

Summary: Spent Thanksgiving and the weekend at the Glass House and my family and I had an amazing time. The house was perfect, clean, and suited all of my families needs. It is centrally located and not a far drive from a few State parks with great hiking. It was out first time to Pittsburgh and we would definately return to this property for any upcoming stays,
