Summary: Check in was at 3 and we had to wait until 4 to get our room just for the cleaner to still be there and pee stains left on the toilet

Summary: After waiting 30 minutes to get checked in we went to our room once we opened the door you could smell that the carpet was mildew and that they tried to use a carpet cleaner to clean it then when we got ready to take a shower found that housekeeping didn't properly clean it there was rags from the previous person who stayed
