Positive: Staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable.
Negative: Breakfast felt a bit of a shambles. We went down around 10am so was towards the end of service so things were running out. Had to sit at a dirty table as there were no clean ones available.
Summary: Rated the stay as 8 purely to do with the staff and comfy bed. If I was to rate on breakfast it would be a 5 at best!

Negative: A good night's stay. Exceptionally friendly staff from check-in to check out. Food was surprisingly pretty good. Loved the 'grab & go' option in the morning. Our only issue was that the room was very stuffy and the air con wasn't working properly. Other than that, it was great! Not the prettiest location, but that's not why we were there. Highly recommend.

Negative: Getting woke up at 2 am in the morning, by someone thinking there was a fire alarm going off in our room, but it wasn’t, also to getting a phone call asking are you smoking in the room. Maybe you need to check your faulty fire alarm before accusing people of doing wrong, best part of all I’m a none smoker. 🤬

Positive: Breakfast was as expected due to previous stays within this group of hotels. Every thing was hot and tasty, and kept topped up. Only slight let down was jams and marmalade in the dispensers was not checked and refilled during our stay. This left us unable to have these with toast at breakfast time.
Negative: Our preference would have a been greater choice of evening meals. We found it limited although the hotel did also have chef specials but again limited. Also we personally felt £18 for a burger was a little excessive and not value for money.
Summary: Pleasant stay, with room for some improvements on the catering side.
