Positive: Very well situated for exploring Preston and surrounding area. Facilities within the property were excellent- fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and utility area. Plenty of space , bedding spotless and beds very comfortable. Excellent communication with host who was next door if there were any questions. Off road parking available. Highly recommended.

Positive: Fantastic property, hosts and made up with plenty of facilities included. Really impressed with the standard of the house and everything I It came with. Location was great for our stay and is on the outskirts of Preston and has a short walk to a small park and amenities and near to a lovely nature walk over Brockholes. Lots of information and local knowledge of places to go.
Negative: A few little niggles, these were specific to us and the floor downstairs for our two year old was very slippery and she needed to be bear foot whilst downstairs and there were quite a few creaky floorboards, again not an issue until trying to keep a young child I undisturbed at night.
